We recommend taking the last meal one hour and a half before the class.
For the split school class, we advise you to wear a T-shirt, leggings/sports suit, socks (necessarily), no running shoes are required.
A good mood will help you relieve stress and make the trainer's help more effective. Before you start exercising, be sure to consult with your doctor. You should not have problems with the heart or joints.
