Classes are suitable for everyone who is older than 14 y.o. and has no contraindications (such as heart failure, hypertension/ hypotension, pregnancy at any time, glaucoma, spinal injuries).
The class focuses on exercise technique, breathing, and exercise performance control.
If there are any contraindications, individual training is possible with the permission of the attending physician for physical exercises.
