What’s more, the class is provided with our signature full-body stretching with an emphasis on flexibility and mobility.
Combo-training will lead the body into tonus, create relief, and make it more flexible and enduring.
During the workout, we’re going to use elastic bands of our own TOPSTRETCHING signature design or other additional equipment, as well as work with our body weight.
