Fitness boxing is an aerobic and anaerobic training session with boxing elements. This is an intense type 
of exercise, including aerobic and anaerobic exercises, due to which the body is fully saturated with oxygen.

For boxing, we advise you to wear a
T-shirt, sports suit, shorts/leggings, socks (necessarily), sneakers.
A good mood will help you relieve stress and make the trainer's help more effective. Before you start exercising, be sure to consult with your doctor. You should not have problems with the heart and joints.
