For convenience, workouts are divided into Lite, Base and Pro levels. If you have experience in strength training, then the Base level will suit you, the trainer will redirect you to Pro after the first session if necessary, and the first time functional training 
is a new direction for you, choose 
the Lite level.
We advise you to wear comfortable, non-restricting sportswear for classes. Shoes should tightly fix your foot so as not to get injured while exercising in the gym.
The more relaxed you are, the better the muscles stretch. And the more effective will be the help of a trainer who will take you under his wing, not leave you without attention, and help with the first doubts and difficulties.
