WHY PERFORM A DIAGNOSIS
Your body is a reflection of your life. Your spine and muscles hold memories of all the injuries, bad habits, movement patterns, and stress. Therefore, it is important to choose the right type of activity that will revitalize you!
Diagnosis allows you to see how well your body is functioning and find the most effective exercises to correct your posture.
HOW THE DIAGNOSIS IS CARRIED OUT
You will take 8 photos (front, back, right and left side in a relaxed position and with your legs together).
The trainer will assess the position of your head, neck, shoulders, torso, abdomen, hips, knees and feet. You will report any areas of pain or injury. The trainer will identify your areas of restricted movement.
Then you'll discuss daily motor activities to identify the causes of discomfort. And talk about exercises to help relieve muscle spasms.
