is available for people with experience. The trainer will offer 
a suitable option after a trial lesson.
To attend an AEROSTRETCHING® training session, a T-shirt covering 
the armpits and socks is mandatory. Aerostrerching requires a T-shirt 
and socks in order to warm up the muscles and perform more efficiently.
Mood and relaxation. It depends 
on how the muscles will stretch 
and the effectiveness of the workout.
